**Guidelines, Terms & Conditions

1. "The Organizer" refers to Just Pets Megastore (The Precious Seed Malaysia Sdn Bhd).

2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your RSVP should you fail to meet these stipulated conditions:

• Just Pets Influencer Week is open to KOLs, KOCs, and influencers from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok only.
• Participants must have a minimum of 1000 followers on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok only
• Participants must attend with friends or family.
• Participants are allowed to bring a maximum of 4 people (including themselves).
• Participants arriving late for their slot by more than 15 minutes.
• Participants found altering or tampering with "Petting Zoo", "Cat Session", or food tickets by Just Pets Megastore staff.

3. Contest also applies to participants of Just Pets Megastore TikTok Week (30th Jan - 8th Feb 2024)

4. Participants are not allowed to change their time slot.

5. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All given tickets cannot be replaced with other items.

6. "Petting Zoo" tickets are only valid for use on the day of visit.

7. "Cat Session" tickets are only valid for 1 week from the day of visit.

8. Participants must create and post first “Story” immediately upon entry at Just Pets Megastores on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

9. Participants must create and post more content on “Feed/Reels/Story” while in Just Pets Megastore.

10. Participants must follow Just Pets Megastore's social media accounts, and tag @justpetsmegastore (FB/IG) or @just.pets.megastore (TikTok) accounts.

11. Participants must include #jomjustpets in their posts.

12. Participants must provide a 5-star Google review with photos for Just Pets Megastore, Just Eats & Just Farm.

13. Failure to comply with **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions for RSVP, Tickets, and Contests 8-12 will invalidate your chance to win prizes.

14. Participants are encouraged to include themselves in content for stronger credibility and a higher chance of getting noticed.

15. Winners will be selected by the organizers. Factors of selection includes number of likes, shares and comments, quality of content & creativity.

16. Winners will be announced on our social media before the 31st March 2024.

17. Winners will receive a personal message on social media from the Organizer.

18. All winners must send their personal details which include Name, Email, Mobile Number & Address via social media inbox.

19. Winners must reply to the Organizer within 5 working days of receiving the announcement notification, and the winners will be invalidated after the deadline.

20. By participating, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

21. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prizes awarded cannot be substituted for other prizes.

22. This event, contest and promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

23. Entries received outside of the specified giveaway period for each product will not be considered.

24. The Organizer reserves the right to alter or extend the giveaway periods at its sole discretion without prior notice.

25. All times and dates mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are in GMT+8 Malaysia Time.

26. If anyone is found to have tampered with the entry method and/or the process of the Giveaway, or has violated the Giveaway’s terms and conditions or deliberately violated the law, the Organizer has the absolute right to disqualify them from participating in the Giveaway.

27. The Organizer's decision on the selected winners is the final decision, and the winner has already been secured. Any correspondence or objection will not be accepted.
